The Opportunity:
You will help corporate and financial clients achieve strategic goals through acquisitions, divestitures, or raising finance. Your core work involves due diligence, assessing finances, identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting to clients, banks, and investors. This role offers travel opportunities within the UK and potentially internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and develop business strategies with clients
- Manage project teams and build strong internal and external networks
- Gather, verify, and assess information to form conclusions
- Prepare and review various deliverables including reports and presentations
- Plan and monitor team progress, share knowledge, and support junior members
- Engage in business plan initiatives and sell additional services to clients
- Serve as a key business advisor and client contact
Skills and Attributes:
- Ability to gather, verify, and analyse information
- Experience in planning, preparing, and reviewing deliverables
- Supportive culture towards junior team members
Qualifications:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
- Strong commercial or transaction experience, including financial due diligence
- Business development experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective project management and time management skills
- Team player with strong relationship-building abilities
