About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the transition of pension schemes, with a focus on DB
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients
- Work across cross-functional teams to support project delivery and change implementation
- Ensure smooth onboarding and transition processes for new business and scheme changes
- Deliver exceptional client service during key transition phases
What We’re Looking For
- Solid pensions knowledge, ideally with strong experience in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes
- Proven experience in relationship management and stakeholder engagement
- A personable and collaborative approach—team fit is key
- Project/change management exposure or experience in a transitions-related role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
