Responsibilities:
- Review and approve financial promotions and marketing materials in line with regulatory requirements
- Provide compliance advice to marketing and distribution teams across business lines
- Ensure adherence to UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and guidelines
- Support the broader compliance team with monitoring and reporting activities
- Contribute to internal training and awareness initiatives on financial promotions compliance
Requirements:
- Strong compliance experience within the financial services sector
- Solid understanding of financial promotions regulation and distribution practices
- Practical knowledge of UK financial services regulation, particularly FCA guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
