Job Title: Compliance Analyst (Financial Promotions)

Location: London (Hybrid – Remote and Office-based)

Type: Permanent

Salary: Competitive base salary + bonus package

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional with experience in financial promotions, marketing and distribution to work in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve financial promotions and marketing materials in line with regulatory requirements
  • Provide compliance advice to marketing and distribution teams across business lines
  • Ensure adherence to UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA rules and guidelines
  • Support the broader compliance team with monitoring and reporting activities
  • Contribute to internal training and awareness initiatives on financial promotions compliance

Requirements:

  • Strong compliance experience within the financial services sector
  • Solid understanding of financial promotions regulation and distribution practices
  • Practical knowledge of UK financial services regulation, particularly FCA guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
