The successful candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening the support capability, developing reports, and performing troubleshooting and system enhancements to ensure the smooth functionality of applications.
Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

Proven experience as an Application Support Analyst, preferably in Financial Services or Investment Management

Strong experience in troubleshooting, system updates, and monitoring applications

Proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Cloud, SaaS, Azure, MS365, and SQL

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with third-party providers
