Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the client onboarding process
  • Handle client administration tasks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate transfers and liaise with relevant middle office teams
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and complete
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline onboarding procedures

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in client onboarding and administration (essential)
  • Wealth management industry experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of transfers and middle office functions (ideal)
