A global fintech is hiring a Senior React Developer to join its London engineering team. You’ll work in a small, collaborative front-end group, building out modern React/TypeScript applications and contributing to an ambitious product roadmap.
This isn’t a maintenance role – around 70–75% of the work is greenfield development, delivering new features across high-impact financial platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams, with opportunities to get involved in architecture, best practices, and mentoring as the team grows.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and optimise modern React/TypeScript web applications
- Deliver new features while ensuring code quality, testing, and maintainability
- Contribute to front-end architecture and state management decisions
- Collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
What You Need
- Commercial experience with React, TypeScript, and modern state management (Redux or similar)
- Strong foundations in testing, CI/CD, and accessibility
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a lean, high-performing team
- Financial services experience is useful, but not essential
