Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance systems using TypeScript.
- Drive large technical initiatives, ensuring timely execution across multiple developers.
- Collaborate with teams to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end solutions.
- Maintain code quality and best practices, focusing on performance, maintainability, and security.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and improve engineering processes.
Key Requirements
- Minimum five years of engineering experience in fast-paced teams that have scaled.
- Strong focus on clean, efficient, and high-performance code.
- Proven ability to lead large technical projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- A continuous learning mindset and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with: TypeScript, Postgres, Prisma, and GraphQL.
