Adam wanted to find an industry where his progression was a direct reflection of his effort and not of his years of experience. He fell for the recruitment industry as it had clear career progression and he knew that it would open doors to future opportunities – which did allow him to move internationally. With over 15 years of recruitment experience, he joined OFS with a strong financial services background and network in both the UK and the US. When he’s not working, he is up at 5 am without fail to fit in a gym session before work, practising his negotiation skills with his 3-year-old or reading any self-development book.
